Capitulation and Punishment

Plain thinks the first ammendment should allow her to speak freely without being characterized. She wants capitulation from the media not recapitulation. The point she misses is the media are private and separate from the state; they are not throwing her in jail. Or even handcuffing her to the bed...she is kind of asking for that. She really has no clue. I'm scared for 2012 and 2016 when she will have whispered this shit onto our screens for years.
